The cottage was comfortable and clean, with lots of personal touches. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the cottage, which was bigger than it appeared in the photos. The owner had left welcoming touches like oatcakes, cheese, eggs, and milk, which was a nice gesture. The location was great for hiking, with various trails and beautiful places to explore nearby. The parking right at the door was convenient.
There were a few minor issues. The attention to detail could have been better, as some things didn't quite fit or work properly.

Strathspey Cottage was compact yet spacious, and offered all the modern amenities one could ask for. the cottage was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. I loved the little extra touches, such as the welcome pack with oatcakes and cheese, as well as the thoughtful provision of milk in the fridge. the location was ideal for exploring the area on foot and by car, with woodland walks just across the street. it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be returning. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷♀️.

The location of this accommodation was fantastic, with woodland walks just across the street and beautiful countryside to explore nearby. The apartment itself was fresh and modern, with lots of modern equipment provided. the nearby coffee shop and grocery store were both convenient and of good quality.
On arrival, the heating wasn't on and it took a while for the place to warm up, which was particularly uncomfortable on a freezing evening. there were a few minor issues with attention to detail, such as plates that didn't fit in the dishwasher and a loo roll holder that couldn't fit a whole roll.
